Advanced Fertility and Gynecology Centre is a best IVF clinic in India and an outstanding Assisted Reproduction Centre located in the heart of South Delhi, easily accessible via all forms of transportation. Being next to a major metro station even those without easy access to four wheelers can easily find their way as the clinic is on the main road. A location convenient for IVF Patients as they usually need to visit the clinic more frequently than other categories of patients.
The centre boasts of state of the art embryology laboratory with all the latest equipment required for the best results, even in difficult cases or those with previous failures. The major procedures like In vitro Fertilization/ Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection/Blastocyst culture/assisted hatching/pre-implantation screening and diagnosis etc are performed in this very lab. The lab is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness, temperature, air purity etc so as to achieve best results for our patients.
Extensive andrology work is done at our centre as we believe in treating the couple as a whole instead of just managing the women and referring the males in case they have fertility. We perform Intra Uterine Inseminations whenever possible and do not direct all our patients towards IVF/ICSI unless their tests leave them with no other option. One of the specialities of this centre is that our goal is to give every coulpe who wants a child, a child, by the least invasive manner suitable to them. We individualise treatment for each of our patients, doing what most benefits them.
Within the same lab, in a separate room, lies the cropreservation facility. This is one of the most indispensable areas of the clinic. It is where vitrification of sperms, oocytes as well as embryos is done for future use if necessary. In fact several patients both indian and international keep their embryos frozen even while they have conceived a child from IVF. Then they opt for Frozen embryo transfer in order to conceive another child with good results.Read More

At this moment there are more than a million infertile couples in India trying for a conception. IVF (in vitro fertilization) or 'test tube baby' is the magic word for infertile couples desperately desirous of a child. Through this technology which is a boon to mankind, many who had no chance of having their own child, are now proud parents. Though by IVF a couple has up to a 60% chance of success, the success rate may vary from couple to couple and may not be the same for all couples.
In an Intrauterine Insemination IUI cycle, a sample of motile sperm is prepared by the embryologist and placed directly inside the uterus using a very fine catheter. The sperm is deposited before the release of an egg or eggs, in a natural or stimulated cycle. Conception occurs naturally inside the body.
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) technique is used in situations where there is poor sperm quality. In these situations, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection ICSI finds use in directly retrieving of the sperms from testis/epididymis which is then followed by injection of a single sperm into center of egg for achieving fertilization.
Surrogacy Services or Gestational Surrogacy is a method where the fertilized egg and sperm is placed inside the womb of another lady who will carry the pregnancy till term. This is reserved for single parents, women with absent uterus, defective uterus, poor endometrium lining, or women with repeated IVF failures.
In many cases, the egg quality is not good. This is leads to failure of repeated cycles of treatment. In these cases using donor eggs treatment is the answer. There are also many women who have attained menopause however in these women uterus can be made healthy after hormonal preparation. Donor egg IVF would lead to very high chance of successful pregnancy.
If the cycle has produced more than two (or three) good quality embryos, those that aren't transferred, may be frozen for future use. These embryos will be frozen at extremely low temperature (-180°C), which ensures that they do not deteriorate over the number of years they are stored.
